Video editing for Jaipur's hotels, travel and craft brands

Six kinds of edit cover most hotel, cafe, travel and craft briefs, in every ratio your posts and ads use.

RaRe Frames has one studio, in Gurgaon (Delhi NCR), and no office, crew or staff in Jaipur. Every Jaipur project is edited remotely, the way we work with clients across India and abroad.

The camera stays on your side: your own team on a phone, a local videographer or a production company. For a hotel or craft label, the remote part comes down to three habits:

• One folder per shoot on Google Drive, Dropbox or Frame.io, with room names, dish names or piece details (metal, stones, price) in a text file.
• Season dates up front, such as the wedding season or a festival offer, so Reels are cut and labelled before you need them.
• Notes with timestamps on each first cut, which arrives in about 48 hours. Contact details and reply times are the same for every city; see Locations.

Jaipur is known for heritage hotels in converted havelis and palaces, a busy tourist circuit around the old city and Amer, and long-established crafts: coloured gemstones and jewellery, block prints from Sanganer and Bagru, and blue pottery. These businesses sell on Instagram, through booking enquiries and to buyers abroad, so most of the work is short and visual:

• Hotels and boutique stays: property tours, room reveals and venue Reels for weddings and events.
• Cafes and travel operators: dish Reels, itinerary Reels and day-tour recaps.
• Jewellery and gem labels: single-piece Reels, collection launches and Meta ads.
• Textile and handicraft brands: workshop process Reels, texture close-ups and marketplace listing videos.

A hotel does not need to film every week. One planned shoot, on a phone or with a hired crew, can supply a month of posts. A jewellery or textile label can do the same with one product shoot.

On the Creator plan, a month is 8 Reels/Shorts and 1 long-form edit, and the table shows how one hotel shoot can fill it. If your footage cannot cover a planned Reel, we say so before cutting. Before you shoot:

• Film vertically if the footage is only for Reels, or in 4K horizontal if you also want a 16:9 film.
• Hold each shot for 5 to 10 seconds, and shoot each room wide before its details.
• Film the facade and rooftop at golden hour and again with the lights on, plus dining and any experience you offer.
• Get consent from guests and staff who appear on camera.

Not yet: we have not published hotel, cafe or jewellery work. The closest samples are two property walkthroughs with the speed ramps and tracked callouts a hotel tour needs, an offer ad, a product-led brand story and a captioned talking-head reel. Jaipur projects use the same INR price list as every city, and the quote is agreed before cutting starts.

Eight Reels and one long-form edit bought singly come to ₹21,991, so a hotel posting from one monthly shoot pays less on the ₹19,999 Creator plan. Running ads too? The Growth plan is ₹48,999/month for 16 Reels/Shorts, 2 long-form edits and 2 motion pieces.
