White-label video editing

White-label video editing means we edit and animate your clients' videos and you deliver them as your agency's own work. Your team briefs us, we cut to the client's brand kit, and the finished files come back to you to present, so the client relationship, the creative credit and what you charge the client all stay with you.

A white-label edit for agencies costs ₹19,999 per edit. Length, footage and how much has to be designed from scratch set the final figure, and you get it before any work starts, so you can price the job to your client with our number in hand.

We never contact your clients, and everything we deliver goes out under your agency's name. We sign an NDA, and day to day it works like this:

• Your branding, not ours: deliverables carry your agency's or your client's branding and never a RaRe Frames credit.
• Private folders: footage, briefs and exports move through private folders on Google Drive, Dropbox or Frame.io, including your own agency workspace if you prefer.
• One channel: your team talks to one point of contact at RaRe Frames, and client notes reach us only through you.

Brand kits, yes: send the client's guidelines, fonts, logo files, colours and caption style with the brief, and the edit is built on them. Client guidelines can be shared under NDA.

For templates and project files, tell us which software and version they were built in, and we confirm what we can work inside before the test edit. Exports come in the ratios the campaign needs: 9:16, 4:5, 1:1 and 16:9.

The test edit is the ₹999 trial edit, run on one of your real briefs:

1. Pick one real piece, such as a Reel, a short ad or a cut-down from a current client brief, shared under NDA if needed.
2. Send the footage, the brief and the client's brand kit. For ₹999 you get one finished short-form piece of up to 60 seconds, including captions, music, colour and two revision rounds.
3. Review the first cut, which arrives in about 48 hours, and give notes the way you would to your own editor.
4. Judge the cut, the pacing, how closely we followed the brand kit and how easy the back-and-forth was.
5. If it works, send the next live brief and get a quote for it.
